Qwikr provides order tracking software that allows businesses to manage production workflows and communicate order status to their customers via a web portal, SMS, and email.
Program Name: Qwikr Order Notifications
Description: Qwikr sends transactional SMS messages to end customers on behalf of businesses using our platform. Messages include order status updates and order completion notifications.
Message Frequency: Varies based on order activity and the number of workflow steps configured by the business.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of future SMS notifications. You will receive one confirmation message after opting out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but can still view your order at your portal link.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwikr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify business account holders of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
